Problem with info on database
 

Hello, I'm writing here and hope in an answer, cause is not the first time!
I need to cancel my name on the database, the name of my dog.
Nobody ask me the information for the database, nobody knows what about for my dog.
I want to cancel my name cause what is writting on my dog is totally FALSE
