The breeder is guilty. It´s no problem to put the dog in the car and take him to the city or nearest village at least once or twice a week. If you want to have socialised and "stable" wolfdog, you have to do it. If you don´t have time or will for that, don´t breed and don´t get Czechoslovakian wolfdog.
Every dog breed has it´s needs. I hope one day finally people will understand it.
