Knowing the conservative attitude of British institutions to any novelties I'm almost sure that it'll be very diffficult to register Czechs, but once you succeed things will speed up.
In about 10-15 years DEFRA will claim that this is a
true British breed and will undertake attempts to change it's name to "English Wolfdog"
