Ina is right! I know lots of normal, well socialized vlcaks that aren't shy at all, and just a couple shy ones.

Your vision of the breed must be really seriously destorted if you make a statement like this! Such claims only confirm that something is wrong with breeding, training, selection... Haven't you read the breed standard?
