I’m not really the right one to ask, as I do not train neither, but I think it is the same thing, but there is different roles is competition / judgement

Anyway... Schutzhund is German and means Protection-dog
But in US you call it Schutzhund anyway
IPO is the FCI international competition form of the German Schutzhund as I understand, but as I did say I´m not really the right one to ask if you want to know the exact difference of them both
