Great idea! Especially that the DNA result would be 0:1 - Kondor is (or was?) either fertile or infertile. The accusstions will be verified if by DNA testing just one pup turns out to be Kondor's progeny.
I'd only suggest chosing a reliable and independent laboratory, or double test the dog(s) in question, because those who lie usually have no problem with cheating
