Hi,
I'm from Italy, and I think that the photo you are talking about concerning the dogs of Mrs. Sarka Matrasova, she has both the breeds; I'm almost sure of that because I know her. You can verify if we are talking of the same photo going on gallery, then kennels and then Arimminum. The puppy isn't the son of the shar pei, it is a real wolfdog.
You can also write to Mrs. Sarka if you want to know something else.
