I don't remember when (last year?) or the headline text but in a thread on this forum the development of the breed was discussed. In that thread more than 50 GSDs were numbered when creating the breed, among these DDR Winner (1962 og 1963) Condor vom Falkenwappen, Condor Mardenpfahl, Greif vom Felsenstein and Alex Rudingen.
