hi i have seen 8 and 9 pups in a litter and they have all done well, with big litters it is not uncomman to loose a pup, it is a lot of hard work for the bitch but i have found that the czechoslovakian wolfdogs are great mothers and can cope with large litters very well, my bitch has seven pups now 7 weeks old and doing well, congratulations on your litter and good luck best regards paul winder u.k

We had 8-9 puppies several times without any problems. Baba Zlatá Palz actually has 10 and did bring them up without problems or much help.
You should weight the puppies once or twice a day to control if they get enough milk and are doing all right. And it is helpful to put the puppies that gain less weight to the caudal tits that have more milk. Normally you don´t have to do more.

Best regards and congratulations

Hi, my litter O...od Uhoste was 10 puppies too. All survived. I help them from 1. day with puppy milk. Maybe, it was pointless but puppies and female was OK.
