Default Mantrailing, Rescue Dogs

As some of you may know has the German Club for CSW some quite aktiv members in mantrailing and rescue work. Though most of them just started some months ago three have been very succesfull this weekend.
Flicka Zlatá Palz with her owner Bille Sievers has succesfully absolved the ENCI/FCI-Exam as an Rescuedog for field-surch (I don´t know if that´s the correct Englisch word for it).
Chester Zlatá Palz and Amber did the first Mantrail-exam with Petra Kalchofner together with Hägar Zlatá Palz and Babsi Oesterle.

Very, very big congratulations!

It was intensive - but interesting and instructive - training days with exams. All the CSW showed themselves from their best side and left very good impression. Even the ENCI judge was very pleased. He did not only judge the ENCI exams, but he also watched the regular mantrailing exams. Our CSW were the first wolfdogs ever taking part on these exams!

For us a very special day was Friday, where we went to Swiss mountains for training together with the Swiss Mountain Rescue Team to search for three missed persons, who had to be rescued by the Rescue Team after being found by the mantrailers. All the missed persons had been found within a two-hour-search, which started at 1200m heights and ended in 1700m heights. At the end, the helicopter brought down the missed persons as well as the Rescue Team – our CSW were standing just a few meters from the landing and starting helicopter and didn’t care about it at all.

Regards, Petra

Hello,

on the 12th of April four more Czw passed the ENCI-Mantrail Exam:
Gerda z Rofa, in the age of 10 still as fit as the others
Falin Zlatá Palz
Chaos Zlatá Palz
Hägar Zlatá Palz, who wasn´t a surprise, he is succesfully working as a Mantrailer in rescue since the age of 11 month.

Isca Zlatá Palz succesfully passed the beginners grade.
