(Most of all I like the tongue of this vehicle- it´s automatically cleaning the streets , right ?;-)) Can you send us a picture of your house too, dear Mikael ? I´m really curious now how it might look like.... Best wishes to you in Sweden, Uli alias Silvester |

Fiat Punto classic. Have a cage in the back and use backseats for baggage in case I travel far (2100 km in 4 days, for example). For short trips (10-15 km), Frei fits in the cage together with her similarly sized friend without problems.
Before I used my father's Toyota Yaris (3 door version), good for driving short trips without any conversion, and with backseats put down (mostly for the dog's safety - I didn't want her mauled in case some big truck does not notice me in front of him) used for cca 2x1000 km trip for the mating (only me and Frei in the car). I used the shotgun seat for baggage and dog food (frozen meat) for the week-long trip. My friend has Ford Mondeo, with most of the back space turned to spacious cage, but there is enough space between the cage and back seats for quite a lot of baggage. Once we drove the whole pack of puppies (8 pcs aged cca 4 weeks) in the cage, while the back seats where down, one half of the created space turned to a space for the Frei (again very spacious) and the rest was for baggage for 2 people and the pack for 3-4 days including food for all and puppy-fence. And everyone was quite comportable ;) |

Well, my experience says Lada (for me always Zhiguli) is a car for every use. Saw one that crossed two-thirds of the long axis of Baikal, on the Baikal, when it was frozen of course. The newer models (like the one Pato had) had also quite good power, not so bad consumption, and apart from the terrible looks and turning radius (shirokaya strana rodnaya) approaching that of MIG at Mach-1  quite fun to drive. Although, instead of power steering it had a mini-fittness gym for the driver installed.

Hello djb_yan. I wrote it bad... I have not photos of situiation 7+5. But it was easy. I have VW Transporter, longer version. So 3 wolfdogs in bigger cage, 2 in smaller cage and 2 under feets on owners. And 5 people on seats....
I can show you photos of "normal" situation...: http://wolfdog.wbs.cz/fotogalerie/34/originaly/vw1.jpg http://wolfdog.wbs.cz/fotogalerie/34/originaly/vw2.jpg |

Ottokar started at the backseat of our BMW 5- series sedan, last year we changed to a Toyota Land Cruiser, with a boot, that could serve as a wolfdog family den, but of course Ottokar still prefers the back seat, so he can lick our ears every now 'n then.

Anlways a very old Ford mondeo station wagon and in the past a Lada :)
So I can transport all kind of pets and other species  But in the meantime I did become "famous" with cars with troubles and "longer stay" in all kind of CsW meetings in different countries:))) hahhaha |
