Hi good friends.

You'll find updated photos of Fellow od Uhoste, nicknamed Cziky on

On the large picture pages the "home" link is referring to a none existing

This will be corrected. The main page is http:/www.norwolf.no

Thanks. Yes he sure is a playful guy :-)
Today we started our first lessons on a training course arranged by our
local club.
He behaved very well. Even if no so very accustomed to other dogs he was a
dream.
Best wishes to you and Jana. We hoped to go to the Czech Rep this year, but
restoring our 300 year old house make the money fly away.
However we still do hope for another possibility to visit your wonderful
country. If not this year - maybe the next.

Hi Sanna.
Just a pleasure.
Cziky and I have been to several dog shows ( not for showing - just for
socializing matters) and training sessions, and everyone attending is very
curious of his expressive body language.
Cziky and Qaia the GSD are very good friends. All of the pics are shot in
our garden.

Just another info,
Qaia the GSD is owned by my friend Christian and his wife Catharina.
You'll find Christian's pics from the meetings on Christians homepage
http://www.ckavli.com/qaia/Qaia_and_Cziky.htm.
The young ones one the pics are C & C, and the somewhat .. ahem .. *little
bit* older couple is my wife and me.

Beg, steal or borrow? ;)

Hi to all of you known and unknown friends.

I'm just about to upload a Norwegian site of the Czeschoslovakian wolfdog and wonder if it's possible to present some of the articles on this site translated to Norwegian on my site? I suppose there are some restrictions regarding copyright etc?

You don't need to beg, steal or borrow- just TAKE mine and translate if only you wish. :D Neither has Gaga any objections against your translating her "Truly Subjective Manifesto"!

Before I was thinking: CzW owners are big nice family - you can use everything you want in order to promote the breed. Nobody will care about it and simple given word is enough.... But now I can say: be careful! If you want to put something on your site please ask the author for consent and keep his WRITTEN answer stored on your hard disk....

We had before consent of Mr.Hartl to publish all his articles on Wolfdog.org. We translated some of them into other languages to tell people history of the breed and give them more detailed information... But the Wormtongues from the old board of the Czech CzW Club were able to forse him to withdraw his given word.... and we had to remove EVERYTHING.... For some people being bad for other people is more important than the breed and the dogs....

So be carefull with it.... :|

Anyway if you want to use any articles written by me or my brother - don't hesitate - just use it... :D

Videos wanted :)

Hi everyone.

I'm designing a new layout for my homepage and would like to expand the content as well. The new design would be like this:
http://www.wolfdog.no/test/valpeutvikling1.htm

My sweet Hanka generously offered me a short video http://www.wolfdog.no/galleri/sledetur.wmv which has received great attention by the visitors of the page. Now I wonder if any of you has similar videos to offer which may be suitable for viewing?

Best regards

Hi,

I visited your website... Unfortunately I don't speak the language... It really looks great and you've got a lot of very nice pictures! The photo's of Callista with the cat are fabulous! Obviously, you've worked a lot of hours to create this website. Very nice!!

Maybe the next step: translating everything into English
I finished my own website a month ago... Maybe I can ask also to put a link on wolfdog.org...
My homepage is www.wolfdog.be
In a few months, I will translate everything into English  (Takes a lot of time...)

Congratulations with your homepage!!

Both sites are comparable, but I too, prefer the present one 8) Its "horisontal" layout is different from most sites and thus attracts attention.

Again, it's a purely subjective view....
Good luck

I actually prefer the new site (though I still think the old one is fantastic!)

Two reasons -

First I like the way the wolfdog.no link back to the homepage is discrete.

I also like the layout much better - it is stable. The previous website had a jumping layout (at least for me) in that the home page was at a different height that the other pages etc - this is not a major thing, but it is a bit annoying.

Also - I like the menus better in the new website EXCEPT for the time it takes for the animation to be completed - make it just a bit faster and it will be perfect (when you have to display the new menu items, well you know what I mean)

Overall - you make me jealous :-p

Grin :p Love you too.

Well, at last I think I've finished the layout of my "new" site. The site is by now in Norwegian only with the exception of a few articles in English which may be viewed on the "old" site. A full English version is planned launched after the content of the Norwegian version is testet in real life. And "to whom it may concern" - I'll like to publish comments, pictures and videos about and of the csv from my site - you are all invited to contribute. The gallery site look like this
