Lithuanian Cynological Society vs. zoostore
 

On the 1st of April of 2010 Competition council of the Lithuanian Republic has subjected the Lithuanian Cynological Society to the fine of 32 300 Lt (~ 10 000 euro).
The Competition council received this appeal from “Tera Animalis” Ltd. which is in control of zoostore network KIKA, ostensibly the Lithuanian Cynological Society prohibition for their breeders to distribute the breeded puppies for resellers violates the principles of fair rivarly.
We, individuals signed below object this sanction of Competition council.
We care for the wealth of the puppies and we don't want the puppies to be held in glass storages.
Therefore we approve the provision of the International Cynological Federation and Lithuanian Cynological Society to sell the puppies directly to their new owners.
