Don´t worry Andrea,

as far as I could understand it is out of a post concerning DM.
People who get anxious tend to negotiate the problem and make it to a problem only others have or want to blame somebody.
We have the same problem in Germany (as you just could read here yesterday) and I am sure also in all other countries.
It is good to know there are also people who care, are able to think and help and there will be news soon.
