Possibly. It´s terrible idea, that somebody would actually want to be popular in this way!
What a sick idea.
I received this e-mail from my colleagues at work, it is apparently rotating all over the European Commission, people are horrified. I tried to help the dog (or dogs that might follow), I definatelly do not want to support the idiotic "artist".
I passed the message about the possibility of this being hoax along to my colleagues.
