Yes, SKK has only roles, Agriculture is Swedish law...
But is say "at the earliest at the age recommended by their special club" and the club can say "earliest at the age of 24 month if they want to" but of course they will need permission from SKK to do so
And if a breeder brakes that 24 month role, they do not brake Swedish law, but only a breed club and SKK role, punishment can maximum be `No pedigree for the puppies`
