Few years ago VDH (German Kennel Club) changed the rules and the highest note in the youth class is "very good". And for BOB in Germany fight Best Male, Best Female and "Youth Winners" from youth class (which get the "very good" notes).
I know the results look stupid because in other coutries you must have have bad looking dog to get "very good" in youth class...
