Game of Thrones (the new HBO series)? Officially those are Northern Inuits but it is suspected some may be vlcaks or vlcak mixes.
Other than that the only other movie I know of that used any kind of wolfdog was some older adaptations of White Fang.

Edit: The "wolf" in the movie "Transsiberian" was a vlcak - I think the owner is on this forum, too.
