Every year we go on holiday to Italy with our dogs ...
But to answer your questions, they don't have to wear the muzzle, (as long as they don't bite) and you can take them with you to de beach, almost everywhere in this time of the year, but not everywhere, i don't no where you will be staying but near Zandvoort you have an aria called Parnasia where you can bring your dogs with you on the beach the whole year.
In most restaurant's it's oke to bring your dog as long is it can behave him or herself.
