You mean Anubis Wolf? It is typical case..... For two reasons:
In most countries it is not obligatory to pass bonitation. So people with such dogs can breed them as you wrote in France (Anubis) but also in Italy (Gorgeous Wolf or 'famous' case of Cutt) or Germany (Agi, Gerda, Afar, Bajos Bestia, Arok or Ciara)...
ThesI listed dogs which made bonitation but the are TOONS of dogs which people use for breeding but which will NEVER pass the bonitation. Just look on the dog shows - NONE of the dogs which keep the tails between the legs will
ever pass bonitation. All of them a P14.....
And here we come to the second thing: character. The puppies are different - in Czech Republic and Slovakian the breeders have one, two, three females so they have the time and possibility to care for the puppies. To work with them. Such puppies are much better socialized than puppies which are bought from so called "profesionall kennels". It means the CzW-owners in SK or CZ have (in the most cases) much better "start" as CzW-owners in other countries.
There is also the opinion that the average CzW-owner from "West Europe" do not socialize his dog as appropriately, as the owner in CZ or SK. And it is common that all puppies which stayed in Czech Republic passed the bonitation but the dog which was sent to abroad was not able to make it ...
Our 'A' litter is great example: Anubis which was not able to pass bonitation had as puppy much open and dominant character than his brother Amber Wolf which already passed 11 working exams and is on the best way to be one of the best working CzWs....
But there is also HUGE difference between the bonitations and mostly the German people complain about it. Anubis, Agi, Gerda, Afar, Bajos Bestia and Arok made the official Slovakian bonitation. With shooting and real character test (with attack, aso). And you can not compare it with Italian bonitation.
And the result is the German dogs have P14 but they have MUCH better character than many dogs which passed the Italian bonitation with even P1 character code.
We really received many complains about it because German people saw some Italian dogs in Tulln and Nitra and they were shocked (and of course very angry) that their dogs have P14 and scared dogs which made the italian tests are P1 or P3 even if they will be NEVER able to pass the official version of the bonitation...
And this is the reason why the bonitation code is loosing their value and you can take it only seriously if it is made by the official judges (Bognarova or Dora) during official events....
