I don't know what is so strange on the mentioned rules? It is extremly easy: the dog must be a CZECHOSLOVAKIAN WOLFDOG which is aprooved for breeding in his own country.

In fact some countries are backwarded and the HD-results are not required there but a responsible breeder will never breed any dogs which are not checked. So it is another rule which every normal breeder fulfil even witout asking him/her for it.

Additionally in some countries there is the possility to breed even with dogs which are not real Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs. But it is the internal problem of the specific country which is not able to keep to the rules of breeding of purebreed dogs.

In the fact the "rules of Wolfdog" should be the same as the "national rules". The problem is there are countries where there is no problem to break the rules (to cheat the pedigrees, to breed with mixes) and there are also countries were there are NO RULES. It is why there is the "basic minimum" written on Wolfdog.
