You are not the first one and sadly not the last one that will have problems after buying dogs from this puppy mill station.
Call, and tell the Hungarian Kennel Club you want them to send new papers to you directly, YES they can make moooore than one on every dog, you just have to pay 100 euro extra for it, and you will get your export pedigree faster than fast
