On Holidays to Tuscany with our CSW

This summer we would like to visit Tuscany, together with Ottokar, our 2 1/5 yr old CSW.

In fact we just did a short trip to friends in the french Alps and it made us realize once again how important it is to carefully prepare the trip, so that all of us, including Ottokar, will enjoy the holidays: beautiful nature that we can enjoy and that Ottokar can enjoy as well, so forested areas with abundant space and little crowds (no city slicker, our Ottokar...), good hiking possibilities, good food and accomodation that offers privacy and yet has some luxury.

It is in fact the combination of nature, space, quietness and luxury that we seek.

We do believe that Tuscany province in Italy has all of this, the question is just: Where exactly to go. Is there anyone here that knows from experience a B&B or villa that allows dogs and that offers luxury like a swimming pool, good accomodation and privacy?

Anyone who has suggestions?
