I just do not understand one thing - if we speak about how expensive it is to breed and so sad nobody wants to pay 3000 euros for a puppy...

Yes, breeding is a very expensive (in many meanings, not only money) hobby, it does not have to "pay"...
And it is totally unfair to count the price of a female, of her food, vaccinations, health tests - and then to "include" it to the puppy price
