You sometimes have untypical cases and if the limping leg changes and can´t be exactly located the pain could be somewhere else and just seem to be in the legs.
Sorry but I can´t judge the x-rays like that on my monitor, the monitor is not good enough. I would take all x-rays and blood tests and ask for a second opinion of an orthopedic specialist.
