C'ho ragionato pure in tal senso: in effetti non fa tantissimo movimento, soprattutto in queste giornate fredde e piovose.
Si fa' cmq almeno due uscite in strada e almeno due mezz'ore in giardino dove corre quando sente il bisogno di sgranchirsi.
