prague zoo may 2007

As usual, when i go to prague i cannot resist the visit to lobo and his pack
The puppies have grown up....they're big now!
Soon somebody will try to take over alfa lobo's power...but it's still too early!

As usual at the beginning they are sleepy..

but as csw arrive, interest starts to rise!

specially a female, daugter of Lobo, is VERY interested in Oliver..and he likes her too!
I think it's the same female of last year:

This year:

Lobo is always a great male, strong, muscles well modelled...look how wide he can open his big bad wolf mouth!

Ok, lobo's nice, but the alfa female is more beautiful for me:

I have a short video-clip of Uno z Molu Es(son of Oliver) meeting the wolves in prag-zoo 2006 ...Wolves are surly showing intresst in Uno ...specially the female wolf

Here are some of our photos - what is funny: the wolves are SMALLER than average CzW. Where are the 80cm high European Wolves? So far we visited many Wolfparks and ZOOs - never met any which are bigger than CzW...

That lovely!
Here in this Spain prohibited to go with the dogs to almost all the public places

The zoo has to be very nice, I have seen here in wolfdog.org many photos

I let's not be all that measures an European wolf, but the Iberian wolf measure 70-80 cm. They are high enough according to what I have seen in the zoos

Tanks for you reply Margo. The lesser size of the middle-european wolves is obvious. Do you know if this pack is a multi-generational product of inbreeding? I saw some Iberian wolves in Barcelona Zoo with very small females, but rather normal sized males.

hi margo ...just to say that "crying wolf merlin" is french champion now and y reciuve in few days his homologation ....an other things /always believe a mistake on the forum ...elia de new flame is not mine ....but to someone else y write last time about this but yu don t change this information .... but y have a new male too "crying wolf volos dit wolkos" from edit molnar too ...y hope all is ok after zagreb ...trip ...dogs etc ....y hope see yu again in a other international show ...and hope see yu soon here in france ....

Weekend in Prague passed quickly, but we could manage to take some new photos of the "old" pack of wolves in the zoo.

I can't say whether LOBO is still the boss, but the dominant female has become more beautiful than she was before. She is simply delightful
