Default Jakie zaświadczenia do Rosji

Witam

Z góry dziękuję i pozdrawiam.

you need vet passport with all vaccinations, rabies must be done not earlier than 12 month ago and not later than 3 months ago (hope i remember it good ), also you'll need standart vet certificate. that's all i think

Tatoo was enough until 3rd of july, now there's only chip valid if You want to cross ANY border.

I know veterinary law in UE because of my profession. Tatoo was valid until 3rd of July, now there's only one way for permament tagging of dogs- a chip. Tatoo was alternative way but now EU requests chip.
Maybe website wasn't update? On your own risk You can try to cross a border only with tatoo.
Second thing- from 3rd of July it's not possible to make a pet passport without a chip (only with tatoo).
I think that everything depends on customs officers and maybe they won't check the chip (who does?) but law is law...
