Me too Michael, it's a mere matter of common sense and ethic.
We are a country in developement, we have several social problems which are tipical from 3rd world yet, little by little it's getting better, but I can tell you it's not a easy place for people to live, you dont need to imagine how it is for dogs and animals wich often are considerated a "social problem".
Our cinology is very underdeveloped, then neither our dogshows are of interest to someone from other country, our common dogshows hardly surpass 300 dogs in total.
If we add that we can count in the fingers the breeders who do the minimal health tests in their dogs before breeding and the lack of knowledge even about basic genetic by most of them, out of few exceptions ( like it was with Collies before) our dog breeding is nor even interesting to the breed itself.
Is very hard to be a breeder here, and even more hard to select owners and get ride of these puppy millers and unprepared breeders and owners, and im talking it living here, its almost impossible to someone from another country.
Then, why would someone risk the life of a pup you saw born and you chose to put in the world.. for money? For me it's the lower place a human can go, it's simply sick.
