Visiting, and places to go with dogs in Berlin and Krakow?

This winter, I will be near Berlin and also Krakow again. I'd love suggestions on where to go, any fun places that are dog-friendly?

The only thing is that we may or may not have car transportation, not sure if I will rent a car yet,.. so maybe public transportation would be the best option.

I'd love to meet other people and their CsVs too, if it would be possible!

ETA: If there are CsV activities I'd love to know too. The lists of bonitations from the Slovak Club don't show anything in February. I hope I can see some other CsVs at the FCI Show in Rzeszów too.
