I can tell you for 100% you can publish it. Even if the owner do not agree...
We had the same situation here in Poland not so long ago - one of the owners of one of the biggest web sites realated to dogs wrote some articles about "how to show your dog and how NOT to show the dog"... Some people were so angry that they sued him. They lost in the court because according the European law you can take the photos and publish them - expecially took on dog shows where already the OWNERS agreed the dog will be for public view. If someone do not agree with it - he/her has free choice: NOT TO SHOW THE DOG ON PUBLIC PLACES LIKE DOG SHOWS.... Simple...NOBODY is forced to take part in the dog shows, right?

Anyway something else worries me in Italian "CzW scene" (and on the Italian forum). Sure it is forbiden to attack other people - it is forbiden to call their names and use obscene words. BUT everybody has the right to have their own opinion and to publish it. We have FREEDOM OF SPEECH but I see some people forget about it.... There are more and more attempts to influence us, the dog owners, other breeders and to introduce real CENSORSHIP - the people are not allowed to take photos, write anything about some dogs. About some 'VIP' people you can only write great letters of commendation - ANY form of criticism is strictly forbidden...
Sorry - I would unterstand it if it would happen in Poland where some people still think like 40 years ago where CENSORSHIP was the part of the communist daily life.... But NOT in a free country like Italy...
