Sono perfettamente d'accordo con quanto scritto da Margo in entrambi i msg, però, per completezza di analisi, credo che forse non sia stato considerato un aspetto (non frequente) riguardo alla materia di pubblicazione delle foto.
Se un proprietario cede, a scopo pubblicitario, l'utilizzo esclusivo dell'immagine del proprio cane, in quel caso io sono si, libero di fotografarlo ad una manifestazione pubblica, però non so se sono altrettanto libero di pubblicarne le immagini?! ... non so... non vorrei entrare in un ginepraio legislativo...

I perfectly agree with both Margo's messages, but, for a complete analysis I think that was not considered another (not common) point of view about photo publishing matter. If a owner, for advertising purposes, "sell" the availabilty to use his dog's image as an exclusive, in this case I'm still free to take a picture of this dog at a public show, but I'm not sure if I can also publish the picture... I wouldn't have come into a laws' "wodded juniper"!
