Yes. It is also the reason why it is a fault... If there are white claws it is also good to look if the pigmentation is not missing also on other places - we saw dogs with white stains on the muzzle or belly.
If there is a lot of missing pigmentation it would be a good idea not to breed with such dog...
But ONE white claw is not a tragedy because sometimes it can be caused by other factors than just missing pigmentation...
