You sometimes have untypical cases and if the limping leg changes and can´t be exactly located the pain could be somewhere else and just seem to be in the legs.
Sorry but I can´t judge the x-rays like that on my monitor, the monitor is not good enough. I would take all x-rays and blood tests and ask for a second opinion of an orthopedic specialist.

I have to go tomorrow for a blood test for systemic lupus, so I also have to ask for Leishmaniosis ? At the end how many parasit should we check, how many could make those symptoms ?

I'm going to find an orthopedic specialist, I already met one and also 4 different vets. No answers. I really start to have a bad feeling for my dog.
