The author of the article states that the z Pohranični stráž was established by 1955, the same year the CSV experiment started. What is the link between the mentioned Mr. Novotny and Mr Hartl/Rosik?

The breeding of czech GSD for Police and army is not "under " czech army already. Now are here two police kennels "Od Policie" and " Z Pohranicni straze". We have about 300 pups early and in this two kennels is about 60 females.
But in time of "making" of csv

was not good feeling from them between some "army and kynologican" goverment.....They did not want create new breed. Cause process of legalisation of breed was so long......

And I forgot: very much dogs for police and army is (of course) from privat hands.

For army 100%, because army dont have own kennel.
