Hi Tikaani,
Thanks for your reply, may I ask how long you have had your dog/bitch or how old he/she is? Also what attracted you to the breed and what do you like most about the breed? Best wishes Loup-de-bretagne |

Hi , I have had kaya for just under a year now, she has a great temperment and is fantastic with the kids. I have been Interested in them for a few years after meeting some and fell in love with them. her name on this data base is maya shoshone. I love the fact that shes more like a kangaroo then a dog, jumping around all day and shes very loving, she loves laying over my girlfreinds feet all day and she loves kaya for keeping her feet warm ha ha. shes very good on a lead but she likes a good run around my mates farm. |

Hi Loup_de_Bretagne
Unhaplly CzW on UK seems that pass for serious problems, now that you don't have the DEFRA problems, you will have problems with mixes because the bad work that had been done these few years CzW are in UK. before make the registration of the breed, I ask you please do the DNA tests for confirme if everydog are pure, unhaplly the breed was openly mixed with Grey wolf hybrids, Tamaskan, Utonagens and so on, so, I don't wonder if high amount of suposed CzW that live there are mixes. The breed already pass for some problems, introducing mixes will only cause more problems for the breed, and I'm sure you don't want that. So, please, before registration make DNA tests. Please, read before the topic's about UK breeding and maybe you will have idea about the problem the breed pass in UK.

Hi tikaani
what attracted you to the breed? Have you had other dogs and if so would you say the CWD is not really suitable as a first dog? Since you had your dog have you met many other owners in the UK. I am sorry to start another argument thread! If those owners of the 28 dogs in the UK got together and started a club they would be in a strong position with the Kennel Club. Best wishes. |
