I think it is just the stated reason. Why do you want to know which breeder it is from? The breeder is not guilty of producing the dwarf pup and therefore should not be punished by negative references. Why do you speculate and try to deduce the information that a person, who knows about the disease and promotes the mechanisms to eradicate it, does not want to reveal? Mijke has very good reason - this one:

What you write is not true! First, nobody sane breeds with dog affected by dwarfism or DM, or any such crippling disease. They may breed the carriers only. And it is OK to breed carriers! It is only important not to combine them with other carriers. If you stop all carriers from breedeing, you will have only a small population of dogs, and you yourself say that inbreeding is a bad thing.

Lot of people would not buy from breeders that are known to have carriers, so how can you expect them to advertise it? That is what keeps a lot of people from testing their animals - they are afraid of a witch hunt just like yours.

Danke für das einstellen. Mijke hatte nicht geantwortet, was sich aus dem link klar ergibt und das obwohl sie mit oder gar die Initiatorin ist der Untersuchungen.

Natürlich ist es zu diskutieren, ob man Träger mit Nichträgern verpaart. Wird ja im englischen Forum von Massimo gerade auch getan. Und bei dem engen Genpool bleibt bei den TWH wohl auch nichts anderes übrig. Dagegen habe ich mich doch gar nicht ausgesprochen.

Aber aus Saschias Antwort kann man auch ersehen, dass die Daten erst nicht vorhanden waren, weil man dem Züchter keine Schuld geben - "schützen(?)" - wollte. Das habe ich doch auch klar geschrieben, beim ersten Wurf und weil es da ja noch nicht in dem Maße bekannt war, kann er auch aus meiner Sicht nichts dafür. Nur jetzt muss er eben sehen, wie es weiter geht, ohne dass wieder ein "Zwerg" rauskommt. Denn der Kummer, den die Besitzer damit haben, den wünsche ich keinem. Denn meist führt es zum einschläfern nach ein paar Monaten.

I don't have to hide anything.
All my Csw's are tested and all their test results are public.
And all the time (even before Neustadt!) was in my profile which CsW's are mine. (And after last update of wolfdog it is also in database visible)

But I don't have time to answer all kind of PM of people who are only curious about who is the breeder of my dwarf!
Especially I prefer not to answer such questions, when somebody is not longer involved in CsW breeding, but is still adding topics (in for example the English forum) with trying to blame other breeders:

It is a pity that some people even don't understand how it works with genetic.....
Before testing nobody can see at the outside of a CsW if the a dogs is carrier of a genetic mutation!
When a breeding female produces an affected pup (in this case a dwarf), she still is a good breeding bitch!!!!!

And without any problems she can produce more litters with healthy pups in combination with a Free male!

die Daten die ich zusammengefasst habe sind größtenteils von Mijkes Homepage. Plus ein paar Ergebnisse die ich schon kenne aber die noch nicht an Mijke gesendet wurden...
Ich habe nur die anonymen Ergebnisse weggelassen, denn damit kann ich bzw. die Züchter nichts anfangen. Für die Statistik sind sie natürlich trotzdem interessant.

Den Zwergenwuchs müssen wir noch testen lassen. Stellen das Ergebnis dann ebenfalls rein.
