1) yes, it's Jasi Spod Dumbiera.
2) Ares Karpatska Svorka? don't know...but his pics on WD are so different.
And SURELY this http://www.wolfdog.org/drupal/it/gallery/pic/140171/ is not the same owner.

The head is similar to Blek for me but in this case I only guess
