Importing a pup from Europe to the U.S.A - shipping

I don't think it's very difficult to send puppies from Europe to the USA. It depends more on the breeder you choose. I mean how much experience they have and so. I live in Spain (Southern Europe) and last year I bought a puppy from the Czech Republic. It arrived with no problems because the breeder chose s dircand short flight. So it's about asking.
