French dogs whitout pedigree :(

I don´t want attack at all. Only telling what happend in here. Because making puppies whitout papers is not breeding...

In france are good breeders also but our rules says FCI breeder can´t make litter whitout pedigree. ( not mixed dogs at all)

They have export pedigrees, whitout export pedigree you can register your dog to FIN kennel club.

True!!! if this puppy go without pedigree he mus be sterilisate in "breeders" home. but I think this not be to make
