Sorry... maybe I didn't explain myself very well...
When I told about "laws' holes" (buchi legislativi) I meant that (I suppose) there are no rules that forbib breader to sell dogs to other countries where rules are not so strict as in Cz... That's why I think that at this time Marcela didn't broke any written rule but only ethics rules.

I said this because you said she was prepared to undergo to any penalty told by the club... I don't know Cz rules (neighter ours! ) so I thought you meant that in Cz even bad ethic behaviours could be punished... but I said "decidere se e come" that it's to say "decide if Marcela must be punished and, if yes, how she will be punished"
I also supposed that, if Cz rules ar so strict, the club, now, will work to write rules in order to regulate mistakes like this...
