![]() ![]() ![]() You say about Anieli z Kopackova dvora and other dogs from this kennel... From one side you have "Reolup" Hero od Uhoste - the most popular Czech blood. From other side Cagi which had many puppies in CZ and very popular Slovak blood 'Kollarov dvor' (full of this blood you have by the hungarian imports)... ![]() Another imports - C-spod Dumbiera/A&B-od Starkej - here you have the most popular blood by this breed - Milo. Many French dogs have already this blood... And the same can be said about ALL imports and all dogs... ![]() I don't want to say the imports were wrong or not interesting but in the fact there are almost NONE REALLY unique dogs. Anyway not by CzW... ![]() ![]() Some "unique" litters can be NOT interesting (for example when the parents do not look CzWs ![]() 1) Arek gives good HD-results 2) Arek was mated with Cesna Lupus which has interesting and unique pedigree 3) The puppies look very typical It is hard to explain but "unique" for me is just ONE of the words which you can use to characterize a litter/dog/mating... But there is more - a litter must be: - heathly - typical in look - good in character - interesting (or 'unique') in the pedigree If you have UNIQUE litter with bad heath, untypical look and bad shy character than still it will be an UNINTERESTING and BAD quality litter. Because unique pedigree is not enough... ![]() But also the word UNIQUE is relative... ![]() The same is with Jolly - the word "unique" was given to this litter and the breeding comitte members from Slovakia tried to import male from this connection. Why? Because Jolly is Reolup but comes from the only litter of ALI Reolup outside the "Od Uhoste" kennel. From the other side it is the one and only litter of KONDOR z Krotkovskeho dvora. And it will be the one and only litter which combines 'Reolup' with 'Krotkovsky'. There will be no more similar matings so this litter will stay unique.... not only for France but also for other countries... Another example is BARON spod Dumbiera. As you can see he is pretty often used. Why? He is from one side "Kollarov dvor" (the popular version of Cezar z Krotkovského dvora). But from the other side the ONLY son of Gaius Dor - one of the best Slovakian dogs. Gaius has also not very 'unique' pedigree but the mating Gaius x Dia is VERY unique and in the fact one and only... ![]() Another example is Ares Vlci sen... From one side you have also very popular blood "Reolup" and also his father Jerry Lee has many litters and will have much more. So the blood would be pretty common. But the mating of Ares was a combination of the blood of Reolup and "Krivoklatsky atos". Nobody else made it.... And it makes the dogs unique... But the three litters are more interesting than other maybe more "unique" litters because there are also the other aspects: good health, good look and good character... Without these three things the MORE UNIQUE matings/litters are for nothing - nothing worth... because we do not breed 'pedigrees' but dogs which should look typical, have typical character for this breed and also famous heath of this breed... Only if the evaluation base on the four things: 'heath, look, character & pedigree' we can speak about "interesting litters" and "not interesting litters". Just the word "unique" is much too less...
