Interesting topic, as well as the health issues these contracts prevent new possibly inexperienced owners from breedingand cross breeding.People often wish to produce offspring from a loved pet but perhaps overlook the other 8 or 9 pups that need to be homed. Over here we have some very odd "pedigree" German Shepherds!Am reading up on this topic for future info, will let you know if I find anything interesting
